Daniel Alves

Daniel has had a 20-year career in logistics and hospitality with his major focus being on the restaurant and food trade sectors. Daniel’s expertise in developing market entry strategies for various European companies and restaurants started in 2006; thereafter he went on to use that expertise in food business consultations throughout Asia. Daniel has worked with Oum Café in Macau, the Tasca, Vinoza & Voyager restaurants in Taipei; in each case helping the businesses move from concept to operation. Daniel is currently providing foodservice consultations to foreign investors in China, various regional restaurant start-ups and international events such as Formula 1, in Singapore. Daniel also represents prestige wineries from his birth country, Portugal in addition to premium beverages brands of Europe. Daniel works with the goal of helping brands and businesses grow realistically in strategic phases.
